Cancellation Policy
All PME sessions and workshops are custom-tailored and reserved exclusively for each client or organization. Due to the preparation required, payments for booked sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, kindly provide at least 72 hours’ notice to apply your payment toward a future date. Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee. In rare cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, The Polished Message may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule.
